It’s kind of like telling yourself to stop and smell the roses sometimes but less cliché and more practical. Slow living is taking the time to enjoy yourself. It’s not spending money on things you don’t need or love. It’s getting together with friends simply to take the time to connect with them. It’s reading a book before bed, going for a walk, and chatting with the person who made your coffee.
It means understanding that procrastination is just a part of the process and sometimes food tastes better in bed.
